I am on a good diet right now, getting lots of red meat and such. But what do you guys think of taking in like 8 protein shakes per day that give in 20 grams of protein per shake. I havent ever heard of that being done, I think I might try it for a week or two with my Androsol see if my gains get better. Can I get opinions please.
Read an article at T-mg called “The MRP Diet”. One thing you’ll have to do is add fiber and maybe some good fats.
I take in at least 4x40g shakes w/olive oil every day. There is no way I could get enough protein otherwise.
