Taking Flameout & Goals

So I’ve just received my Flameout.

I’ve done a search on just how much to take and someone had the bright idea of 3 a day to make a bottle last 1 month.

I will do this and have two pieces of salmon a week as well.

Just how much of a benefit is it to take more when trying to lose weight?

Just how much of a benefit is it to take more when trying to gain weight?
