How Much Flameout Are You Taking?

The reccommended dosage is 4 a day… but that only gives you around 5g of fish oil correct?

How much do you guys take per day and when is the best time to take the fish oil?

It’s not the total fish oil, it’s the total EPA/DHA you should look at. 4 caps of Flameout provides 3gm of combined EPA/DHA. That’s pretty much the minimum recommendation from most articles I’ve seen. Plus, the amount of DHA is higher, which is supposedly better for guys.

I take 3 Flameout per day, personally, just so that a bottle will last me exactly 30 days. I get the rest from other high-quality sources, typically a couple caps of salmon oil. I also get two tablespoons of ground flax seed per day, which is a little more total Omega3.

As far as Flameout, don’t take it on an empty stomach, and don’t take it first thing in the morning, as at these times your body is more likely to use it as fuel rather than for the supportive/constructive purposes.

I usually take 8 Flameout caps per day divided between my meals.

I take 1 cap, 4x a day, but with each one I toss in 4-5 caps of Generic Vitamin World Fish Oil Caps.

I take 9 a day divided 3 w/ each meal. 44 yr. old w/ arthtitic shoulders, one elboe, and the opther elbow has some pretty severe tricep tendonitis. Sucks getting old.

Depends on how sore I am. I usually end up taking 6-8 on days after I’ve trained MMA/BJJ, as my joints are usually pretty sore. Other days I take 4.

I tend to take just 3 and eat a piece of salmon each day. Do people notice a significant improvement with more?

i take like 25 GNC fish oil caps a day, and about 12 flax oil, plus a cup of walnuts

I notice better anti-inflammatory effects with more.
