I am considering starting up a powerlifting routine after having been out of the game for a while (two years). I would be interested in anything anyone has to offer in the way of advice: training, diet, etc. I am not new to the sport but am looking for a new way to approach it.
I am not into bodybuilding so I don’t need advice on the best exercise to make my ?gunz? bigger (everyone knows its from wanking-off?which is what bicep curls are). I have been lifting seriously for about 10 years and am extremely interested in the scientific aspect of power-sports (I have a science background). So please feel free to share your experiences, anecdotes, and knowledge. Thanx!
