Take a Look at My Diet. More Fish Oil?

Squat: 295 lbs
DL: 335
Bench: 185

Workout: running smolov for squat (on week 3 of meso cycle) and smolov jr. for bench

Diet:

Wake up: 6 1200 mg fish oil (says 360 mg of total omega 3 fatty acids)

Bfast: 1-2 fried eggs w/ cheese

Lunch: 2 pieces of whole wheat bread. usually 1-2 varieties of veggies

workout then for dinner: usually I am so damn hungry after my squat sets I eat any and everything. usually a couple burgers from Mcd’s and then rice and veggies when I’m at home.

usually 6 x 1200 mg fish oil again before bed. Sometimes magnesium and zinc, especially if I feel restless

More like a diet overhaul and some reading up on nutrition (there are only hundreds of articles on this site).

That’s not a diet. That’s snacking until dinner time then eating random shit. No wonder you’re so hungry after working out, you have maybe 600 calories during the day before workout.

As Brickhead said, diet overhaul needed.

That is like the 3rd most horrible diet I have ever seen. wtf.

Theres only 360mg of Omega 3 per 1200mg of fish oil ?

If thats the case youre using incredibly SHITTY fish oil.

DHA/EPA are the most important numbers in a fish oil supplement (they are omega 3s)

For instance my fish oil is 960mg of omega 3 per 1360 fish oil

Im gonna strongly recommend you invest in a new fish oil

Simple diet I’ve been running for the last 2 months… can’t recommend it enough.

It says its for cutting, just eat more if your trying to gain.
