Workout: running smolov for squat (on week 3 of meso cycle) and smolov jr. for bench
Diet:
Wake up: 6 1200 mg fish oil (says 360 mg of total omega 3 fatty acids)
Bfast: 1-2 fried eggs w/ cheese
Lunch: 2 pieces of whole wheat bread. usually 1-2 varieties of veggies
workout then for dinner: usually I am so damn hungry after my squat sets I eat any and everything. usually a couple burgers from Mcd’s and then rice and veggies when I’m at home.
usually 6 x 1200 mg fish oil again before bed. Sometimes magnesium and zinc, especially if I feel restless

More like a diet overhaul and some reading up on nutrition (there are only hundreds of articles on this site).
That’s not a diet. That’s snacking until dinner time then eating random shit. No wonder you’re so hungry after working out, you have maybe 600 calories during the day before workout.
