T-ransformation 2026: We Doing This?

I’m so excited for all of these, and particularly the last, because it will offer those of us you’ve supported so well to reciprocate. And let me be clear that for me, the greatest gift you’ve given me has had nothing to do with food choices, but rather support in backing off during stressful or chaotic times (“every day and twice on Sundays,” you said when I guiltily expressed that I thought I needed rest more than training).

My log has been a lot of “GO GO GO!” from others posting in it, but just as valuable has been the support in prioritizing emotional wellbeing and enjoying food and fun with the people I care about. It’s really helped with the sustainability of training well, because I’m not OFF or ON now, I’m enjoying my “pleasant and stable structure,” into which I can insert some chaos™ without falling apart.
