I also vote @simo74 for MVP. He’s always a consistently positive force on the forums, not just during the challenge. Not only that, but he also practices what he preaches. Thanks for all you do man! And thank you @TrainForPain for spending the time to put this together again.

I vote @QuadQueen for MVP the consistent nutrition advice and support is awesome and a big part of me staying in the game!

Shout to @T3hPwnisher for the training inspiration, @TrainForPain for keeping this going, @simo74 for reminding us that bulking is best and @throwawayfitness for being that first like the majority of the time.

There comes a time in every mans life when he realizes that Abs wont keep their woman warm at night.

Ya, well mine hasn’t crossed to my side of bed in 12 years, except to violently hit me for snoring.

That’s why I have a cpap machine. Mine moved upstairs until I stopped with the noise. LOL

I’m voting @simo74 for MVP. He’s like a locomotive that has continuously pulled for everybody else. He doesn’t just poses great personal strength, he shares it with others. :+1:

The same could be said for @TrainForPain. Just 100% present.

I wish we could vote for our top 5. And then it be ranked choice voting, maybe.

Just dads being dads.

Maybe we can have a better MVP structure next year, but I kind of like this way because it gets a lot of “kudos” and “why” out there.

Last bump! 24 hours to get those votes in!

We have our winners!

@taylortooswift, you are the “most transformed” of 2024.

@simo74, you are our community MVP.

I’ll slide into your DMs and we’ll figure out some rewards for you both.

Great job to you two, specifically, and great job again to everyone that went through this. There’s only winners in this endeavor, so let’s keep our momentum rolling!

Congrats @taylortooswift, @simo74 and EVERYONE in here that stepped up to this challenge. You all did great and deserve some mad props!
Celebrate your victories and don’t stop now. Just because the
T-ransformation is over it doesn’t mean it’s completely quittin’ time. Hang on to all the good habits and keep the bad ones out. Remember that being healthy doesn’t have an off-season. Short term goals are great but at the end of the day we’re eating and training for life.

So, keep picking up heavy things and eating your veggies - you won’t be sorry you did.

Massive congratulations to @taylortooswift for a great transformation. Now I will be really interested to see how you make the most of this excellent progress and really hone you physique over the next 6 months.

To everyone else who took part a big well done. It’s not easy to put yourself out there and commit to a transformation and the effort and intent shown by all of you was both motivating and exciting to watch. You have all transformed in some way and created behaviours that will carry you forward to a much healthier and hopefully happier life.

To those who voted me as MVP - thankyou. It was very humbling to receive the positive feedback and know I had helped each of you in some way.

But the truth is that all of you who took part in this thread and all those who i communicate with here daily have done much much more for me. This place is such a positive part of my life and I owe that to all of you. Only one thing to really say about this community, and that is Quality.

Wow that is crazy. Thank you all for the kind words. I started logging on here to keep sane during an insane leg at sea. I’m going to keep pushing over the next 12 months so I can see what you guys see. Hopefully I can keep it going once I have access to pizza again…

Thank you @TrainForPain for the “unofficial” competition.
@jdm135 @atlas13 Thank you for being able to relate to what I’m going through out here and cheering me on!
Thanks to @throwawayfitness for consistently posting tough workouts that motivate.
@simo74 Thank you for being so positive and for being everyone’s biggest cheerleader

Hell yeah man, incredible work! I’m living firsthand balancing being at sea with fitness, so I know exactly how much extra damn effort you have had to give in order to get the results you have. The results you’ve gotten speak for themselves, and I have no doubt the habits you’ve developed will carry over with you once you hit shore again. If you guys get back before we ship out, then we definitely need to hit up the gym together sometime. Great work man!

(Also yalls wifi seems much more stable than ours lol, I’m low key jealous).
