took my time with this cause… It was tiring, lol.

Tried out the axle bar squat cause I might compete in some mini strongman event in mid march, right around the end of my supposed caloric surplus period.

still haven’t been eating enough, was at my project booth presentation thing the whole day so that would explain the lack of food

no excuses though, at least I ain’t losing weight and my squat seems to be going fine, gonna be testing maxes next week so that’s great
