This was my second attempt in 2011 of trying to get back on track and find some sort of consistency in this twisted life of mine.

I don’t want to be average, I want to be a bodybuilder. I want to look and feel, INHUMAN.
Welcome to my log.
I’m beginning my transformation from average to inhuman, after fucking up for way too long, by following what the pros do.
My diet will consist of chicken, lean mince, steak, bacon, eggs, lamb, pork, fish, milk, cheese. Rice, pasta, wholewheat bread, oats. Nuts, butters, EVO, macadamia nut oil.
I will be using caffeine, creatine, a multi-vitamin, fish oil, whey protein, WMS.
I’m going to use a body part split and tweak it according to my body. My body’s main weakness is width, therefore it will be tapered towards that. I’m also tall, therefore my limbs don’t see gains as easy as something like chest and back.
My 6 Day Split:
Hamstrings/Gastroc
One-leg Hamstring Curls
Wide/High-stance Leg Press
SLDL
Seated Calf Press
Chest Bench Press
Incline DB Press
Machine Flyes
Back Pullups/Chins
DB Rows
Wide-grip Pull-downs
BB Rows
DB Shrugs
Quads/Soleus
One-leg Extensions
Front Squat
Narrow-stance Leg Press
Calf Press
Shoulders
DB Side Raises
DB Rear Delt Flyes
CG Side DB Raises
Machine Rear Delt Flyes
Shoulder Press
Arms Hammer Curls
Preacher Curls
Barbell Curls
Tricep Pulldowns
CGBP
Tricep Extensions
