Actually, I like the camping joke better, but they’re so similar I had to post.
Every diet is a learning process and test of will power. When I go to the inlaws I always keep cooked chicken and prepared papaya or veggies in the fridge. Simple and I always have an option that fits my macros. Find that food you can snack on when ever and do the same.
