Training wise,I think adding some isolation work for tris and posterior chain would help a lot.I know you follow 531 and Jim’s usually against too much fluff and pump work,but a few pushdowns and hypers could add some mass in places that would help your lifts and are easy to recover from

70kgs x8,4+1, didn’t bother finishing cause wrists were starting get annoyed. I highly suspect the issue might be with the bar. The crappy bars here pretty much don’t rotate so it rolls down instead. Did like 1 rep of 60kgs clean and yup, I’m right. Im jumping forward too and there’s literally 0 rotation of the plates.

Run
Sprint 50m, walk 50m. Did this 19 times in 14 minutes 40 seconds.

Uh… Haven’t been active much cause I’ve been very busy with life/work. Mom just gave birth yesterday so haven’t had much sleep and stuff. Yeah… Diet really went to hell. Can’t wait for this challenge to be over, not happy with where I’m at right now at all.

A lot of improvement, fer sure, it’s just so gradual your don’t see it. And, the farmer’s tan makes it a little tough - take your shirt off when kayaking, or just go tan. It’s Vitamin D, right?
