What help do you need if you’re going to follow one of the most documented diets on this site?

Goddamn, are you even paying attention to anything anyone has said? I provided a full low-carb sample diet that I’m on, have been on, and lost exponential amounts of weight.

If it’s not what you’re looking for, eat a shit load of protein and fat throughout the day and BOOM! There’s your AD diet.

Not only are you annoyingly persistant, but you’ve got your head so far up your ass you won’t listen to a word of advice anyone has offered. Good luck to you, and being <150 pounds the rest of your life. I really hope you re-evaluate where you’re headed and think about talking to a psychologist.

That last thing this kid needs is a low-carb diet.

What he needs is a dose of reality, although he doesn’t appear ready to accept it.

You’ve got some issues.

People on these forums don’t have THAT short of a memory.

Just a few weeks back you posted about your diet and how fat you thought you were.

You’ve got an eating disorder, get help.

There were plenty of people who replied to that thread and then you come and open up a new thread asking basically the same question.

You do NOT need to lose weight.

You need to gain lean mass.

Cause here’s a hint, it’s called body fat PERCENTAGE, if you gain more lean body mass and maintain about the same about of fat your BF will go DOWN.

Only wish there were some way to get him to hear this message.

At his age he is much better off eating more and getting his metabolism to improve and pick up, lifting so he will build muscle mass and letting the rest sort itself out.

He should be eating 2000 calories a day or more. If he has bodyfat issues, he should be doing half an hour of aerobic exercise every morning before his first meal, lifting on a good routine, something like the well regarded, complete and free stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-
beginner-strength-training-program/

After a year of that, then he should ask about a cutting diet.

/Sigh

i do lifts 5x5, i talked with my doctor, i dont have an ED he said it would be completely healthy to get to 9% BF as long as i have vitamins. he told me its normal to feel this way because i was very toned before i went back to old bad habits, and he told me how insulin spikes and made me crave everything.

after not having it for so long. he also told me im likely to be 5"5’ at best…i dont care about what number my weight is , i care about never cutting weight for grappling/MMA and always being my natural weight but having healthy habits that put me at low BF%

I was 5’2" when I graduated high school, but eventually reached 5’6" … so I wouldn’t be too sure.

I’m glad you are doing a good lifting program.

But seriously, too low of calories and your system will just shut down.

Better is to do the half hour of early morning cardio before breakfast every day, and ramp your metabolism up. If you are eating 1200 calories a day, but are shut down and only using a thousand, you will be sick, cold and not lose weight.

If you ramp up to what is healthy for your age, you could easily eat 2000 calories a day and burn off 2100 or more.

My brother-in-law, an extreme case, lost weight at 12,000 calories a day. Now that his metabolism has slowed down, last I saw him he was only eating 6k or 7k calories a day and no fat on him at all.

This kid needs a punch in the face.

Then he needs to be force fed.

If you don’t have an eating disorder…your heading that way. Nothing healthy about what your doing.

Here’s a good diet

6 Eggs, 4 strips of bacon, 200 gram of cheese

10oz steak with a cup of peanuts 4 times a day

10oz salmon steak cooked in garlic butter twice when you get home

No carbs. I swear its 1200 calories.

OP - I’m speaking completely objectively here when I point out that you’re acting like a selfish, inconsiderate asshole when you continue to wilfully ignore all the help that’s already been graciously provided to you in that earlier thread especially and in this one.

why is my goal of 9% bodyfat so horrible? how would you guys go about doing it…thats what im looking for.

because building muscle takes 10 times longer than losing fat. You can get ripped from 15% BF in like several months time as opposed to building several pounds of solid muscle which takes several years time. At a young age, one should take advantage of the anabolic environment (favorable hormonal levels) their body is in to build as much muscle as humanly possible. You are primed for GROWING. cutting calories will not allow you to do that. think about it junior.

If people here had your stats they wouldn’t go about doing it.

If I was 14 years old and weighed 120ish pounds and I wanted to be at 9% I would gain muscle mass until my LBM equaled 91% of my bodyweight.

You are 14. The fact that you even care what your body looks like is already a headstart compared to most people your age. You don’t need a special diet. You don’t need to count every single calorie you eat. Eat sensibly but don’t go crazy over little things. Eat a tv dinner every now and then or some frozen taquitos or whatever you enjoy eating. Live a little, I guarentee that not eating enough at your age will do much more harm than overeating, in the long run. Your hormones are not stable yet, your metabolism will be changing often, don’t try to fuck with it. Give yourself at least 2 years before you start worrying about a specialized diet.

Would you just shut the fuck up and go to bb.com already?

Nobody wants to help you starve yourself at this age. Your metabolism has already slowed down to the point of absurdity, and who knows how else keeping your weight down has fucked you up. Either start doing what we’re all telling you to do or go away.

G.

At fourteen, just eat what your mother cooks, go a little to the gym and DO SPORTS

That’s it, you don’t need a special diet, you are to young to worry about your bf and how lean you look. Damn.

Someone needs to sedate and put a glucose drip into his arm so he can gain some body weight, before he ends up looking like Paris Hilton.

You idiot. 9% body fat is good once you have enough mass. You want to be 90lb at 9% is stupid. 180lb at 9% is good. Do you see the difference??

Get your weight UP PLEASE before you look at trying to cut.

AND YOU DO have an eatign disorder don’t let anyone try to tell you otherwise.

Your doctor sounds like an idiot too.
