I only have a beer or two a month, but this stuff has spoiled me. Now I basically don’t drink beer unless I can get this stuff. It’s that good.
Chris- I was just at BJs last week. Hot bargirls, great beer, and single malt scotch. Plus, my date was really pretty. Can’t beat that!!

For all you out there who are brave enough to be my patsy for an hour or so, just remember this - if the workout won’t make you throw up, the mandatory dip of Copenhagen after the session probably will. So bring that extra large, First Class Delta Airlines barf bag with you.

My first Copenhagen dip I put under my tongue (I was like 5 years old). I puked and puked until I had my uncles (aka providers of Copenhagen) rolling on the floor. I don’t think even Chad can recreate that experience.

Proper Squatting Technique! This is absolutely imperative for a long and successfull training career. I will teach you how to properly execute the: powerlifting, high-bar, overhead and front squats.
There are many more variations, but I feel these are the most important and improperly executed versions. Most of all, Cowboy Shugart and I need some hell-raisin’ time so we can’t spend the entire day in the gym! -
I will be bringing along my Tendo Power Unit so each of you can give it a try. It will give some great information for you to design the ideal set/rep parameters for maximal strength gains.
These are just a few of the many points I will touch on during our session.
Each of the 10 participants will receive a PM from me about a week before the training session with the specific warm-up parameters I want you to perform before the workout starts, so check your private T-forum!

I just saw this tread. Unfortunately, I’m probably too late to sign up for the seminar. I haven’t been online too much lately because I’ve been busy with my move to the DFW area. However, I am interested in a DFW T-cell if one is formed.

I spent every sunday last football season at BJ’s. I guess I haven’t tried enough crap beer, because the beer there while good, didn’t stand out all that much… otherwise I would have let you all know.
