Hey everyone. I was on TDawg for about a week and felt like shit after the first day. I was also taking MD6. I called Biotest to ask what was wrong, if it was the diet or the MD6 causing problems, and he told me it was definitely the diet, that my body couldn’t adjust to low carbs because I could not oxidize fats well.
Now, I have also heard that some say (including Berardi) that the diet sucks the first week, then gets much better once your body adapts.
I have ALSO been told that my carb intake being 100/70 was the reason for this. I was in an awkward range, and should either lower them or increase them.
Somebody please help me clarify this issue.
