T-Dawg Diet 2.0

Hey guys:
I’m new to the T-Dawg diet 2.0 and wondered about the carb up day. It suggests Saturday as the one meal cheat day. What would be the ideal day for the carb up day? Any thoughts?

any day you want man. Seriously, think of the diet as a 7-day cycle, and just plan your “cheat day” around that.

You might have weird work shifts, and so wednesday turns out to be your cheat day.

Or perhaps you have a weekly doughnut day at work that you don’t want to lose…so make THAT day your cheat day and the rest belong to the Dawg…

I was on T-Dawg a few months back while recovering from acl surgery. Even when I was limited with what I could do at the gym, I was able to get my bf down big time.

I stayed on it afterwards and now at 10% bf. So, I modified it to what works for me. I actually have a full out cheat day (eat everything in site) once a week if I’m good for 6 days. I’ve been able to get the bf down to 9% and enjoy myself.

But, this may only work with me and I was doing EDT at the same time.

As far as the cheat. Some ppl dont take one, some take several, some 1 meal, some a whole day. Some carb up clean some eat nothing but junk.

You really just have to find what works for you. My best results were to have my cheat meal after a good w/o(legs usually) and I would go all out for one sitting then right back on the diet.

Not trying to get too ridiculous with this, but from my understanding there is one cheat day and one carb up day. Is this right or is it one day that you do both? I just want to go by the book first and modify as I see changes. I appreciate the initial comments and welcome any further input. Thanks.

Some ppl use it as a clean carb up some an all out cheat.

Also some do a single meal some do a whole day. Some dont cheat at all.

It depends on how you personally react. You must experiment and find what is best for YOU…
