I’ve just finished my bulking cycle by gaining about 30 lbs and decided it was time to lose a little fat and then get back at it again. I was wondering how peoples results were from the t-dawg diet 2.0 and how they liked it. I was also wondering if anyone made any modifications that helped or hurt them. Thanks a lot for any replies
It works, and it’s pretty simple. I have no tolerance for complicated nutrition programs- but still I miss my unlimited carbohydrates.

Works well but I found the I had eat significantly more calories then is recomended because of my activity level.
Yeah I have no tolerance for complicated ones either, I guess I’m going to start monday, I hope I don’t miss those carbs too much and go crazy on my cheat meal day lol.

I’ve done two weeks and I like it. I’ve gotten good results and it’s not too hard to stick to or to manage. I don’t even count my calories; I just count my carbs and stick to clean foods. The rest really takes care of itself.
One thing: Keep in mind that you will have to work that cheat meal off again. The next day, lord knows my cheeks are puffy from the fats and carbs. Just because it’s a cheat meal doesn’t mean you can just go crazy for an hour. I’ve learned this the hard way!
