Test 400 (total) - pinned twice a week
Mast 200 (total) pinned twice a week
NPP 150 (total) pinned twice a week
200mg P5P(started at 100)-currently no AI or SERM
I’m getting confusing symptoms so difficult to say if I’m high or low in e2, I’d lean more towards low given the conservative doses as well as having mast in there. Potential increase in prolactin?
Spicy nip
Reduced sleep-no issue falling asleep but waking up after 5/6 hours
Minor palpitations at times (BP machine on order)
Hella achey joints
Sex drive through the rough
No issue getting it up, but hard work keeping it up
Dry/cracked lips
Blood work due in 4 weeks, it’s expensive here (UK), however i could bring this forward. Was planning to implement ancillaries based on sides as opposed to levels.
What’s people’s experience in terms of e2 management with the above symptoms and any advise? To avoid AI I’d rather taper test/mast up or down to counteract depending which way it goes
I reckon I’ll switch all compounds to EOD injections, potentially add in nolva at 10mg/day until the nipple issue resolves, any thoughts on this?
The test and Mast are both E, I know ideally I shouldn’t have planned pinning on a twice a week schedule. I’ll switch to EOD from Sunday (next pin day) to smooth out the peaks.
I know Mast isn’t an AI and if anything acts more like a SERM, which I was hoping would mitigate sides, not necessarily reduce e2 levels.
Thinking I’ll ride that out for a week or 2 and see if sides subside. I was leaning to fluctuation being the cause given that I’m seemingly getting sides from either end of the scale
The test and mast are fine 2x per week. Even 1x a week is fine but I prefer 2x. No need for more. The NPP needs to be ED or EOD max.
Fix the NPP dosing and i’ll bet you issues subside.
Might also consider .5mg-1mg/wk arimidex.
Cheers for the advise. I suppose they’re won’t be any negative effects of doing the test and mast EOD seen as though I’ll be pinning the NPP on that schedule.
If symptoms don’t clear in a week or so of the revised pinning schedule I’ll add in an AI. Cautious of crashing the E as from what I see and hear it’s a lot worse than running high
