Swollen Elbow

So I woke up this morning and I think everything was ok. About 30 minutes after getting to work my elbow started to become sore. I felt it, and felt some slight swelling. It has gotten more swollen since then, but I think it has tapered off.

Its not baseball sized or anything extreme, but noticeable. I didn’t work out yesterday so I don’t know if its training related. And I’m not feeling sick or any different, so I don’t know that its an infection.

If it doesn’t go away or gets worse and worse I’ll obviously go to a doctor. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with something like this and if so is it more than likely something that will go away on its own and is there anything I can do to speed recovery?
