Switching up my Scheduele

FOr the last few months I’m been training like:

ME deadlift
ME Bench
ME squat
RE bench/shoulders

I’ve hit a lot of prs, however with the new weights I’m using I don’t think I’m getting enough recovery time. Should I switch to either the basic WSB template, or do the same thing I’m doing now over a 9 day week(MWF last workout in the cycle hits the next monday and then go back through them).

basic template

pros:
speed work

Cons:
less focus on ME sq/dl, only once a week and can’t do both a week

9 day week:
more frequent deadlifting, but less frequent then before.
recovery time

cons:
no speed work

opinions?

kinda sounds like each day targets something that needs to be targeted…but you need a little more recovery days…right ?

then stretch the current schedule out to 8 or 9 days .

you dont mention the need to start doing more speed work , which is why I didnt choose the basic template .

using the 9 day spread , you’re still hitting legs twice in most 7 day time-spans , same with upper body .

I havent been sticking to a pre-determined layout since I went to the DL,ME bench, squat,RE bench scheme . if my hamstrings havent recovered fully , I DO NOT do DL/back day;I wait a day . upper body recovery seems to be most affected by heavy squatting , but RE bench follows squatting , so if I gotta be a pussy on RE day , so be it . although I gotta admit fishing has gotten in the way (and vica-verca) , but thats about over now .

alright. I’ll be switching to the 9 day week MWF deal as soon as I can change my work scheduele to it.
