SWF and Anaconda

Is there a max on how much SWF and Anaconda you should have during a workout?

I ask because I can’t have FINiBARs and was hoping to replace the carbs lost with workout fuel and recovery, but I was worried adding workout fuel to everything would give me too much of some stuff and not enough of others.

I was thinking of doing

-60 Alpha-GPC
-30 2 scoops SWF
-15 2 scoops recovery
during sip Anaconda and MAG-10

Not sure how much to use for Anaconda and MAG-10. I am thinking maybe 1 scoop of Anaconda and 2 of MAG-10, or maybe 1.5 of each. I will most likely end of playing around and seeing which works best, just thought I would see if you had any thoughts.

I am not trying to destroy the new protocal, just trying to fit the new products into something I can use.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There is no problem with that amount of Surge Workout Fuel before the workout combined with ANACONDA use during.

It is actually a nice protocol… pretty much the same as the first one we experimented with, and had good results.

First off thanks for all that you do for the readers here- we are, without a doubt, some of the most spoiled forum-goers on the planet to be able to receive free advice from people such as yourself and the other experts that frequent the site.

In regards to alternative workout supplementation protocols: I’m not able to jump full go with the ANACONDA protocol financially just yet, but, having previously purchased “bulk” orders of Alpha GPC, Beta-7, Surge WO Fuel, and Biotest’s creatine, I’m wondering if a protocol using MAG-10 in conjunction with the other listed supplements would be effective as a “poor man’s version” of the protocol.

For example… this is where I could use your help :slight_smile:

-90: 5mL Alpha GPC
-~60 2-3 caps Beta-7
-45 begin mixing 2 scoops MAG-10, 5-10g Creatine, 1 scoop WO Fuel (in 2000mL water)
-30 1.5 scoops Surge WO Fuel (alone)
-15 begin drinking 1000mL MAG-10+ mixture
During: sip remaining 1000mL MAG-10+ mixture during and after workout
+60 solid meal
