New Peri-Workout Protocol Without ANACONDA

Hey i am just wondering what you recommend as the new Peri-workout protocol for those not being able to afford the ANACONDA Protocol. Ive looked an looked but i just cant find anything you have said recently on what the protocol should be using Alpha-GPC, FINiBARs, Surge Recovery, Surge Workout Fuel, Creatine, and BCAA’s. Also what to eat in that hour after. If you have posted this somewhere and someone can show me the link that would be awesome, cause i really cant find it for the life of me.

Come on a 100 views an nobody can help… didnt he have a ol protocol involving all of these supps… i mainly dont know what to do with the Surge recovery, SWF, Creatine, and BCAAS? Anyone

30 mins before workout → 2 Scoops Surge Workout Fuel with 10g BCAA’s and 5g Creatine
15 mins before workout → 3 Scoops Surge Recovery
During workout → BCAA’s

I would do it like that with the supplements you named.

I replied to your thread in the supplement and nutrition forum

The protocol I posted was the one used before ANACONDA/MAG-10 was available to everyone

In the past I had done

-60 FINiBAR
-30 2 Surge Workout Fuel + 5g creatine
-15 1/2 Surge Recovery
=0 1/2 Surge Recovery

I haven’t done this protocol in 2 months, but am thinking of trying this soon:

-60 FINiBAR
-30 1/2 New Surge Workout Fuel + 1 MAG-10 + 5g creatine
=0 1/2 New Surge Workout Fuel + 1 MAG-10

Hey bro it’s $270/month for the protocol, you get more than 4 weeks worth with the package. If you can afford the other stuff I think you can afford the ANACONDA P rotocol. Anyway if not:

-90: Alpha-GPC
-60/45: 2 FINiBARs
-30: 2 Surge Workout Fuel, 1/2 serving (5g) creatine
-15: 2 Surge Recovery
+15: 1/2 serving creatine
+60: 1 Surge Recovery or Whey
+90: Solid Meal with Protein, Green Veggies

The BCAAs are not cost effective since you get plenty with the above. Light protocol is 1 serving of each, heavy protocol (for weak areas) is 3 of each.

There needs to be something consumed during the workout itself, not just before…
