SweeTARTS = Fitness Food

I love Sweetarts. Opening the roll, the chalky texture of the candy discs, the length it takes to eat them all, etc… Unlike some other candies, there are no bad flavors (like cherry starbust or banana salt water taffy). They don’t melt, and are discreet enough that I can eat them during meetings. Looking at their ingredients, they are essentially dextrose and maltodextrin with natural flavors and artificial coloring, or, stated differently, a pre- or intra-workout supplement.

This is my favorite fitness food.

I used to eat these all the time post workout.

I NEEDED those carbs, doncha know? Haha!
