I’ve never met this guy but he’s a good friend of a friend of mine (who got me turned onto his blog). He has some pretty sweet stories, but this is one of the coolest I’ve read. He use to lift @ the gym I do now & from what I’ve heard he’s put up some pretty impressive #s (including 15 bodyweight OHS).
You guys might not like a lot of his training philosophy, but sweet pictures anyways.
Gotta love the improvisation. Puts things in perspective. Next time I hear someone complain about how they cant squat because they don’t have a monolift or the can’t bench because the pad at their fancy gym is too slippery im going to send them this link.
