Nah just messin with you.

It is good to have new members in here and it is awesome that we have a married couple.

3:30 was meaningless this morning since my eyes had been open since 2:00… my brain was on fire and running like a freight train thinking about the routine… The last two days has seen me getting solid rest and the DOMS were preaching me a sermon in my chest…

Today was supposedly shoulders, but I tweaked the routine to throw a little work at my back since the right delt was stilll a little soft and with the mood I was in this morning, I knew I would trash it if I didn’t divert some iron elsewhere…

Quick warmup and stretching and then set up my old school T-Bar… and smiled.

“Okay baby… here we go… slow and easy… feel that pre-load… yeah, thats it… nice and smooth… feel that load against the muscle… feel that blood rushing in for the assist… easy now… get loose and limber… then we will load it…”

I am usually so focused when I do the work that nothing else gets any attention… I could be lifting on Mars surrounded by nekkid little green concubines and I wouldn’t notice…

“Alright… here comes the load… pull… HARD!.. back down… Pull… Pull… Ok, one more… I didn’t ask how many you had left… I said friggin one more… GET SOME!!!”

and so it went… My pulls were pretty solid… the presses? ehhhh… the soft shoulder gets a little unstable under load so I feel my body tweak to protect it… it best get with the program is all I have to say…

Intensity. The secret to building a great back… and character.

Thursday Back at it…

Not much into the religious experience of others… more like this heathan blazes his own trails… I will try most things twice though to make sure I didn’t screw up the first pass… I have noticed that I lean on my Scivation Push/Pull a lot when I hit plateaus… it moves the ball forward, unlike LSU the other night…
You a football fan?

Joe and I would like to know, cause we are kind of addicted.
WAR DAMN EAGLE!!!
Though I married an Auburn girl so eleven games out of the year I’m an Auburn fan too.

Awesome, I have a 20 about to be 21 and a 18 with a baby that lives with her mom.

JLo has a 20 with downs, a 19 and a fixing to be 16 all three live with us, even the 19 year olds Girlfriend (long, long story).

We both have come to the conclusion that teenagers are basically brain damaged till they turn about 23-25.

I feel your pain, big reason I stay on here talking to knuckle dragging meat heads, it feels like home.

The youngest and my wife are at the point its like having two tigers in the house and I am a small monkey. I just try to stay out of the fucking way and not get eaten.

That’s just wrong Derek!!! LMAO!!!

These two are the most obstinate hard headed strong willed women I know. I married my wife cause she is a very feisty Latina. Well her daughter is a clone, and fixing to turn 16. So they are at a constant battle of wills, I lose no matter what I do to try to referee.

I think I will just go live with Edgy, he has no more kids at the house? I think?

I hear ya… menstruation, menopause, mental breakdowns… Ever notice how many women’s problems begin with men? I keep waiting for the day it gets to be my turn…
