The kid is on estrogen overload… even our dog is female…
I feel your pain, big reason I stay on here talking to knuckle dragging meat heads, it feels like home.

The youngest and my wife are at the point its like having two tigers in the house and I am a small monkey. I just try to stay out of the fucking way and not get eaten.
I hear ya… menstruation, menopause, mental breakdowns… Ever notice how many women’s problems begin with men? I keep waiting for the day it gets to be my turn…

Shoot a lot of guns, listen to loud music preferably with ear phones, ride your car with windows down all the time and use Q-Tips every day.

This pretty much makes sure you will have good permanent hearing loss, this helps when ladies with high pitch voices are yelling at you, cause you will pretty much not hear what they are saying.

I have that …errrr… excuse covered… incessant dual turbine whine from cobra gunships in the eighties took care of that little issue… that and ordanace shock have most of it covered… what isn’t usually goes away when i dive behind the couch screaming “incoming”…

^ Lol yea that beats mine.

“Ever notice how many women’s problems begin with men? I keep waiting for the day it gets to be my turn…” Never…my work here is done

… and there’s your sign…

Damn… who left the friggin AC on? My dumb ass is moving to Florida where it’s warm and I can lay out on the beach nekkid with rum served by topless chicks that continually beg me to rub sun tan lotion below my tan lines… wait… bad example…

The friggin cold makes me cranky… I know this… it also makes me stiff… well, I wake up stiff most mornings, a fact I am proud of at my age… but cold makes me feel every single injury I have had in my life… pinned ankle, blown ACL, seperated shoulder, 3 ex-wives and two dead dogs… never had a partridge in a pear tree though…

anyway, where was I at… oh… bitchin… I am an old man, it comes with the territory… I hate the friggin cold… its why I live on a beach…

Despite the frigid, artic tundra called our parking lot this morning, Dominus and I made it to the gym at the appointed time… both of our schedules called for arms… fuck it was cold…

Yep you got our exhaust, and I am just like you I hate the fucking cold, takes me forever to warm up. I used to workout in my garage and days when its in the 20’s the fucking bar is COLD. I would spend the first 30 minutes just trying to get the knees warm.

We cant get much farther south unless we both want to learn Spanish, I married a Mexican so she can translate for me.

I just press 1 for english…

DO NOT and I repeat DO NO be hating on TEXAS!!! You married one!!! :stuck_out_tongue:

Thinking about asking Perry to build a fence…

Tebowie…

If Monday had a face, I would punch it… so not ready for the weekend to be over… I did buy the Wendler 5/3/1 version 2 ebook this weekend and dove off into it. I really like his perspective whereas he is competing by squatting and deadlifting a 1000 pounds, yet considers himself weak. He comments he waddles up to the bar… on the verge of a coronary… yeah… I guess powerlifters need mass to overcome mass, but mass comes in many forms… so he developed the plan to lose the fat and gain strength… I can relate…

I was thinking through some of that as I approached my routine this morning…I have been giving my workouts a slap happy effort over the last few months with no real consistency… not that I will lose any sleep over that because I have been in the gym working and keeping my diet in the stadium… so time to dial the focus back in.

I have also been thinking about the resolutioners… not them and their resolutions, but how mine are different than theirs… I am not starting a new anything with my new years resolutions… I am resolving to improve that which I have already started… already invest effort into… me… my relationships… my training… my goal is progress, whatever that may be… wherever it may fall… one foot in front of the other on this journey we all call life.

Legs went back to compound focus rather than heavy sled… I like the feel of the split squats and one leg sleds… it allows me to feel what each leg is capable of without assist from the other… it works…

Old fart reporting for duty…

Chest day… ehhh… had better… delt squealed like a pig under the bar but we pushed through that… it seems to be getting no worse as I lean on it a litle so I decided to go ahead and start repping my way back to that 315 that screwed it up in the first place… we shall see how far down the road I get with that one…

Awesome work and “everyone” over here?

The wife and I took off this morning from working out, it would have been my 6th day straight.

We had a late night of Jerry Springer with the 16 year old girl.
