Surge

How can I make surge a little more cost effective? Is two scoops enough postworkout? If my LBM is 180 Ive been using 2 and 1\2 but it goes so dam fast.

I use two scoops, one before and one after workouts, and it works perfectly. I should be using half a scoop more according to my weight, but two works great and squeezes a little extra out of each bottle.

1 during and 1 after gives me 10 workouts worth for each jug. That works out to $3.33 a workout for you math wizards out there. Not too bad.

Like Machine said, it really isn’t too bad. However, as a last resort, you could resort to making your own shake… whether if it tastes good or even works as well as Surge is a different story.
