I like. I only used 2 scoops tops although I’ve seen other people go up to 4 or 5. It kept me feeling “fresh” through out the session and energy/endurance was never reason I stopped lifting. Strength increased session to session and I could keep volume pretty high as well.

Sounds good man, would you say its worth the price ?
I’ve never used it as a standalone, BUT on higher carb days, I throw it in with my Anaconda/MAG-10. Despite the fact that I always down my 3 Finibars preworkout, I still notice better performance (more alertness as MAF was mentioning) from the addition of the SWF. Definitely worthwhile, but not a pre-W.O. stim

Yes, this should be a staple for anyone who trains hard. Your workout nutrtion starts here, MAG-10 etc are nice “extras” in my opinion.
Yep, just to repeat what’s been said, it’s definitely helped with recovery and intensity.
I saw in another thread that you’re training upper body with a higher frequency, due to your broken leg, so you should definitely find it useful, especially when paired/mixed with a protein source.

Hmm, I’m still a student so money is always tight with me so that really comes down to how much money YOU can spend.
When buying the 2 tubs at a discount, it comes to just under $2 for 2 scoops. Add a scoop of whey, you can buy in bulk for around 50 cents and it comes out to $2.50 a work out. Maybe try 1, 1.5 or 2 scoops and see how much of a difference you notice.
If you’re on a budget you could always replace a meal or two w/ cheaper foods like eggs, milk or pasta which may cover the difference.
But also worth mentioning, DIET should be first priority…
