Another Surge Workout Fuel Review

Ok so tis my 4th W/O using this product and Im currently on Cressey’s Maximum Strength program. Im on phase two and my second lower body day calls for some broad jumps. I used a 20lb weighted vest instead of just my body. Btw with each prior use I felt great, it was odd because I coul d remember the week before being barely able to finish some of the more major lifts but Surge Workout Fuel has certainly extended my efficiency.

Anyway back to my broad jump, I went at least 2-3 inchs further than my last weeks broad jumps. Also, during this W/O, I was able to beat DL 5RM PR. This stuff, since it keeps me going, gives me this beast like cognitive awareness and I just go and attack each set

Just wait until you start phase 4, which I just started, you will definitely need it for that first leg session.

psh I needed it for the first session in phase 3, which I started yesterday. Knowing me, I’ll adapt to the new exercise regime and not get so beat next time. Surge Workout Fuel is so awesome it’s like it gives me a pat on the back and assurance to go ahead and throw on that extra weight because the Fuel is right there with me. Thanks for the heads up the best part of this W/O plan is that it constantly excites me to try something new. Like today my glutes are really feelin all the walking lunges and the suitcase DLs which I’ve never tried before.

I’m doing EDT and did 65 reps with 300 pounds for squats at the start of my workout. At the end, I didn’t feel tired, so I did another 65. SWF is pretty damn awesome, the only thing I didn’t like was that I felt like I could keep going even after my brain was telling me I should stop (which is a good thing).
