Surge Workout & Caffeine/L-Tyrosine

Just bought my first bag of surge after my last Plazma finished. I’m a massive fan of Plazma so looking forward to trying this.

I use 200mg caffeine and 500mg L-Tyrosine alongside Plazma and wanted to know if I’m good to continue this with surge. Would there be competition between ingredients? Asked this on the previous forum and Chris was kind enough to assist. I know it’s not particularly an exact science but would rather ask beforehand. I will try without and with most likely but interested if there is any basis of evidence for/against.

Thanks

Any advice would be appreciated.

Had my first workout with Surge today, just a brief comment on the experience to anyone interested.

Easy to mix however wild berry tastes horrible, tastes like uk 2011 time range of Jacked as that’s my only reference for pre workouts. I enjoy the Plazma berry flavour so bit disappointing but gonna try with the flavouring added tomorrow.

Noticed the beta alanine chest back skin tingle/itch. Sets felt very smooth and smashed my bench press, 5x5 and when trying a new weight I usually only manage 3-4 reps on the last 2 sets didn’t have that today.

Cycle to work after workout and legs felt pumped and strong all day on my feet.

Bad taste but noticeable benefits to the workout

Add a little bit of the liquid berry flavoring used for Plazma. You will like that!

Tried it this morning, put too much in tasted like berry syrup although better than without.

Leg workout today, again hit my 5x5 squat with increased weight and again on the RDL 3x8. Cycle to work after legs feeling pumped and strong.
Had a very focused mind today but not sure if that’s the caffeine or Surge

I should have told you it only a very few drops.
