Moving from Plazma to Surge Workout Fuel

I’m trying Surge Workout Fuel for the first time tomorrow. My workout is short but intense - with Plazma I only need 1 scoop before I workout. Should I use Surge Workout Fuel the same way?

I’m looking forward to Surge. When I first used Plazma my personal trainer was blown away by my performance. Plazma has leveled up my workout…I’m hoping that Surge will continue to perform as well.

Yeah, I would definitely start out that way. You’ll be able to compare it to your Plazma experience and adjust from there, if needed.

Yes, I scoop per hour of training (just in case you’re a madman and work out for longer). You’ll definitely like it.

Thanks! The first time I used Plazma, I was completely blown away. It took my trainer a few weeks to readjust my workouts :slight_smile: Hoping for the same with Surge!!

Please report back! I think I’ve tried all the intraworkout options at one point or another, at least for a short time period in some cases, and I’ve been really impressed with the new Surge Workout Fuel.
I also really like not spilling liquid flavoring all over my stuff!

Happy to report that Surge is fantastic. This was my best workout since I started using Plazma. Several double progressions for me :slight_smile:
But…i forgot that it was already flavored and mixed it like Plazma - wow super strong.
