I am going to start trying CH as my workout protein and thought I might try some other Biotest products as well. Mainly, either SR, or SWF… SR looks like it has more protein, carbs, and is cheaper so I am leaning towards that. But has anyone noticed significantly different results with one over the other? I guess we could throw FINiBARs in there as an option as well. But those are a little out of my price range…
