Okay guys I have creatine, and I got fish oils. I can only afford one more supplement what should it be? SWF, or recovery? Protein powder?
Surge Recovery, covers 16 workouts. That’s what I would do.
In that case I’d buy Surge Recovery and use it peri-workout. Like 3 scoops in 1.5l of water. Half of it 10 minutes before you start your workout, the rest during.
If you can afford it, another (4th) scoop 60 minutes after the workout.
Personally I’d rather buy as much Surge Recovery as possible and drop the creatine.
