Thats what I have been doing… I got the recomendation from CT and I think my recovery has been good.
I like the Power Drive before the workout.

Subjectively, I just prefer it before training.
I just don’t know that tyrosine or choline are limiting to recovery after training. If they were, the deficit would very likely be induced by a specific type of training (e.g. olympic weightlifting).
I’m more concerned about the impact of tyrosine on our relaxation post-workout.
This is all just talk right now, I don’t have a strong (read: well-researched) opinion.
I’m bringing this one back from the dead, thoughts on Power Drive for recovery anyone? Particularly calling out Barr on this one, see if he’s been doing his reading.
