Aside from using Surge, would taking Power Drive AFTER a workout help CNS recovery? During classes I’d like to have my nervous system at it’s best, and I was wondering how I could optimize CNS recovery. Maybe Power Drive in the morning before classes?
Any ideas/suggestions?
Why? What classes are you talking about? I don’t see the need to do anything. Just go to class without any supplement/drug. Get enough sleep and try to minimize stress? What are you looking for here?
Power Drive is an excellent CNS recovery product. Take it as often as you like and see what benefit you get from it.
This will then allow you to generate a cost/benefit analysis of the product and let you know best when to use it.

Well minimizing stress is not always as easy as it is said. It has nothing to do with what classes I’m taking, they’re just long and boring and alot of the time I find the need to fall asleep in class. I DO need more sleep, but I really can’t fit more than 11 hours of sleep into my life. I’d just like to enhance my nervous system recovery and I’m wondering how.

For 17 dollars I see no reason not to, I was just looking for a proffesional point of view, or atleast an experienced one. I’ve never used Power Drive before, so I was hoping for some advice from the pros.
Thanks.

One of the most effective CNS recovery aids is Fish Oil (DHA/EPA) capsules. Take 4-6 grams/day and you’ll be well on your way to improved CNS functioning. Regardless of your training goals, fish oil capsules are a must! Their list of benefits is too long to mention.

Thanks chad! I always did have good results with Fish Oil, just never remember to restock. Sure will now though, thanks again.
Hey Waterbury, you’re on the wrong forum! Just messin bro.
Be sure to take your Power Drive well before your Surge, so the tyrosine won’t compete with other amino acids for transport. It’ll give you the biggest bang for your buck.
Be sure to let us know how it goes!
Cheers

For best CNS recovery, do you suggest taking Power Drive in the morning upon rising? Or shortly after my PWO Surge/meal? Thanks. I’ll probably end up trying both and posting back with results.

so here’s a question: Thibs has an article in the archives about recovery. It talks about Surge and Power Drive–post workout. Does that mean 2 servings/day then? And that’s okay?
