I haven’t been recovering as well as I would like to be, and I don’t think its my diet, I am eating plenty. Here lately I haven’t been feeling all that well, so I don’t know if thats the problem. What I was wondering is if Power Drive is just a stimulant, like spike, or if it could be used to enhance recovery?
Yes, I know Surge is supposed to help with recovery, but I am not quite sold on it. Power Drive looks like it is more of a supplment and less of a protein powder.
I know CT and many of the other coaches have said its better for post w/o helping to aid recovery of the CNS. I wouldnt look for it to aid Muscle or tissue damage but if your run down etc it may help there.
I like the stuff and think it taste good too mixes great with cold tea. For what thats worth.
Off topic as hell but your In Kansas I think I read going to WU in Topeka?? I grew up in Topeka and Graduated with my first degree from there.
If your into Hardcore, Tattoos, or Bars give me a holler, my Brother is a singer in a hardcore band, does tats, and him and my Dad are partnering on a Bar in the next few weeks.

Well if you think your diet is in check, take a look at other factors in your life that may be contributing to you not recovering as well. How are your sleeping patterns? Lifestyle (i.e. do you go out and drink every night, etc). Power Drive is a CNS stimulant like Spike, but like the previous post stated, many coaches and people on here have stated that it’s of benefit to use post-workout as a recovery agent for the CNS.
Personally, I have tried using it pre and post, find it worked better for me as a recovery product than a stimulant prior, but that’s just me; Spike worked better for me!
