I just went to a basic pure creatine monohydrate and gave up NO completely. BSN products just weren’t healthy for me. I would just post on the forum and ask what creatine is right for your. I heard EAS makes a good one and I’m actually going to buy some Surge because I heard that is good.
I hope I helped.

I didn’t realize the original post used the word horrible, so I guess I was a little confused. But the two posts I responded to seemed to be defending a product from a company I just don’t trust. I try not to flame products, but I did want to state I think the product in question is a waste of money.
In response to the person wanting an alternative because it seems to “work” for you, maybe you could give Spike and/or PowerDrive a try. There are a lot of people using them at different times in regards to pre and post workout.
Also remember just because something makes you feel “jacked”, well that may not mean it does everything else it claims? There are some “fat loss/weight loss” products that are full of diuretics causing you to pee a bunch during the first week of use.
When people see the number on the scale drop they think they have found a magic pill. Then, in many cases, the weight loss stops and they just don’t understand why.

I love Surge. At first I hated the taste, but it honestly got better each time I used it. Now I can honestly say I actually crave it. i love the taste, and I can truly feel the results. In my opinion it is a great product with good research to back up its formula.

I’m currently using Cell Mass for post workout creatine.
so, now I’m thinking an arginine supplement.
Controlled Labs White Blood maybe?
good looking out Hawk… got that PM
gonna check out a few items as a replacement
I don’t know what Controlled Labs White Blood is, is that an arginine supplement?
I think Creatine Monohyrdate, Glutamine and Arginine will give you the same result as Cell Mass.

Bloody hell! I didn’t even see that this product contains not just one of the harmful compounds, but BOTH.
Nice catch!
BTW-Why don’t people look at what they’re putting into their bodies? Seriously.[/quote]
I read soemwhere that creatine can lower homocysteine levels, while glycocyamine will raise them.
I must say I love my muscle milk, but it contains glycocyamine.
Would supplementing with creatine help cancel out the negative effects of glycocyamine?
go with something that has the creapure stamp on the label. like already said, the german stuff is alot purer than anything else on the market. prolab’s what I use, but there’s others out there.
