Surge and Creatine for Bulking

I was wondering how I should go about taking these two supplements in a bulking phase. Nutrition is in order and I am on a calorie surplus. Should I put the creatine in with the Surge or just have it with grape juice? Thanks guys.

On w/o days, I mix creatine with Surge, on non-w/o days, I have it with juice in the morning. I doubt it really matters.
