During the “loading” phase of consuming creatine, is it ok if I just take it with water?
I already will be taking BCAA throughout the day?
How necessary is the grape juice or whey?
I plan on taking it with Surge post workout.

Water is fine, although it may be a little better to use it post-training with Surge.
On days when you’re not training, the only that I’d mix it with are water and sodium.
