Surge and Body Weight

The serving size on the label of Surge is 2 scoops per serving. Would this be the same for someone that weighs 150lbs and someone that weighs 250lbs? Should the 150lb person take a little less and should the 250lb person take a litttle more?

Actually the bottle says:

less than 200lbs = 2 scoops 16oz water
200 to 225 = 2.5 scoops 20oz water
more than 225 = 3 scoops 24 oz water.

SURGE! is the BOMB!

Cool. I don’t have a bottle. I was just going by the label on the store site. Thought I would be able to squeeze a few more servings out of it since I only weigh 158lbs.

You need to put on some mass =)

Bob I’m 5’7"ish and as you might be able to tell by my name golf is my sport. I can gain a little more size, mostly in my back, but not much but not to the point of where it will interfere with my swing.

Hey i was saying that because my training partner is 5’7" and weighs about 175. He’s no where near huge but a good size.

No prob bob. I’m already close to the size I want to be for me. I dont want my frame to house 175lbs. I play B-ball during the winter and golf during the summer. I want to be strong but more than 5lbs more it would get in the way. I have decent size legs and the only area that I can gain more size is my back. My chest has already made me lose range of motion, not from lack of flexibility but the muscle getting in the way. CT had to give up golf because of his size. I don’t want the same to happen to me.

Sheez…
I’d be more than happy to throw 15# of muscle onto my frame at 5’5" and get up to 175#. At 160# the 56# for distance kicks my butt.
