How Many Scoops of Surge?

ok…just got my first shipment of Surge and i have a question on the dose…right now i weigh about 205lb. ive weighed as much as 217lbs and thats the weight im trying to get back too. because im so close to the 200 cut off for 2/3 scoops, should i stay with 2 or should i go to 3 because of the lb goal?

I’m about the same size and go with 2 rounded scoops, which works well for me.

I have a question regarding my Surge dosing also. i currently weigh 235 but am trying to get down to 200-210. i am currently using olny two scoops. is this good for me and my goals?

If you’re trying to gain strength/mass, err on the high side.

If you’re trying to cut fat, you may want to go with the lower recommendation.

Either way, you should really take a look at the carbs and protein in Surge and figure out how they fit into your overall daily macro intake.

There are some articles on a double dose protocol with Surge.

I would go with three scoops. Drink a third after your warm-up. Drink half (of the remaining) halfway through workout. The rest at the end. Of course, depends on your workout and if you want to afford buying more Surge real soon.

I’d say it depends on how hard you workout also. If you’re a beginner, chances are you will be fine with 2, even if you are a little over 200lbs.

Yeah, there are articles on double dosing Surge (4 scoops total), read it and see if it’s for you. I would go for 3 scoops since you’re trying to gain weight.
