Marc say what you will my friend but I still say “48-72 hour long cardio seesions 2-3 times per month” is crazy! I can’t believ you had your girlfriend following that “system!”
Jesse, if you would have read part 7 of my article you would know that the cardio program you refer to is old news. I now reccomend that you purchase a mail-order pacemaker, crank it up to the highest setting and leave it on all day at a 3 day on 1 off cycle. Or you can use an ab-tronic device and wrap it around your heart instead of your abdomen. If you would have read my “supercharging tips” at the end of the article, you would know that for 10min a day, you can also hook up the AC connection from the pacemaker directly to your car battery for an enhanced effect. And your heart thinks you’re doing cardio! Now, I wouldn’t reccomend that anyone but Jesse try this. And since you didn’t read the article Jesse, make sure to wrap your entire body in tin-foil before hooking into the car battery.
