Supplement(s) Between Lean Xtreme Cycles

So I flew through a bottle of Lean Xtreme these past 3 weeks; 4 pills a day, really happy with the results.
I seem to be finally making LBM gains for once, while reducing bodyfat, even with a less than stellar diet.

The fact that I’m able to take 4 Lean Xtreme capsules/day with zero side effects, the good results, and the fact that I have an issue with anxiety seems to point to me having chronically high cortisol levels.
I really wish I could run Lean Xtreme non-stop, but it says right on the bottle not to take it for more than 4 weeks.

Any suggestions on supplement(s) to take between cycles of Lean Xtreme to control cortisol?
What about phosphaditylserine?

Note: I try to stay away from stimulants as much as possible.

Any input is appreciated,
Thanks.

Well, what does your diet look like? There is some pretty knowledgeable people on here who could call out something wrong that could affect cortisol.

No way anyone should be suggesting MORE supplements until you’ve gotten that “less than stellar” diet in order.

EDIT - ok, I missed that you were mostly asking about cortisol.

All I meant by a “less than stellar” diet was that it was less than stellar for losing fat, yet I managed to lose some anyway with LX.
Typical day would be something like this:

Breakfast:
3 eggs
2 strips turkey bacon
english muffin w/jam

Lunch:
Ham & turkey wrap
Low-fat potato chips
Pickle

Post workout:
20g Protein shake

Dinner:
Typically a chicken or pork dish & sides with the family, but it varies quite a bit.
Usually at least ~1000 calories.

Before bed:
Cottage cheese/natty peanut butter

Ok, now what does your training look like? If your training at an intensity that your body can’t recover from that will cause stress which can raise cortisol.

That’s about all the knowledge i have on that subject, put up your training and im sure others will help.

I see where you’re going with this, but I tend to think that my cortisol issues are due to my SNRI rather than any environmental cause.

But, for shits and giggles, my training for the most part is TBT as outlined by Chad Waterbury (though I don’t stick strictly to his guidelines). Essentially 3x/week full body workouts using compound movements, with as much variation as possible. Occasionally a day or two per week of ~30min jogging.

Staple supplements are multivitamin, fish oil and Effexor (SNRI). I plan on jumping back on creatine mono next week, and due to my results thus far am planning on running Lean Xtreme every 4 weeks for 4 weeks.
Just wondering if there is anything that can achieve similar results as the Lean Xtreme (which I assume are due to cortisol suppression) during the 4 weeks I’m off of LX.

Thanks.
