You guys are missing the point here. It isnt a question of IF they make it, it is green lit for 2015. Also Man of Steel 2 also got the go ahead.
I thought we are just going over if it will be any good. I mean they also green lit Fantastic 4…twice.
Gotcha. My vote is that it will be mediocre. And Warner Brothers is going to be very regretful about having it compete with Avengers 2.
Now we just need to start lobbying for a Deadpool movie that doesnt start ryan renolds.
1st - Deadpool x1000000
2nd, HEY, what is wrong with Ryan Renolds I thought he nailed it.
If BY “nailed it” you mean “to a cross to die”, then yes, he did nail it.
Ok, no way I’m the only one that thinks he aced Deadpool? Really, the first part with the team banter was gold.
Agreed.
Doesn’t one of the comic books describe him as looking like Ryan Reynolds?
If you mean in that Wolverine movie, I graded that movie so low that nothing will ever get much credit from it.
I think he had the potential to nail it…but fell short because they didn’t push the envelope.
I am not hating on Reynolds…I just think he gets way too much credit for what is mediocre comic talent and overhyped muscles.
Deadpool game is kind of fun, in the silliest and least mature way possible. I really enjoy it, I like the whole fourth wall vibe that the game really takes the reigns of from the comic and puts it to a much more integral part of gameplay. There’s some hilarious kind of cutscene button smack scenes with people like Wolverine and Cable that I loved, also the blunt personality of Deadpool knowing that the game is a videogame centred on him is great.

The chances of a Justice League movie being released in 2015 are slim. We now know Man of Steel isn’t the foundation of JL mega-franchise, so they would have to introduce a separate Superman with a new actor while Henry Cavill plays Supes in the MoS movies.
Damnnnnnnnnnnnnn, did everyone want to be Luke Cage??? I remember the All Spice Guy even did a Tape of himself playing Cage to try for the part.
John Singleton wanted Tyrese Gibson to play Luke Cage. At one point The Rock was asked to play Captain Marvel but he said that he’d prefer to play Black Adam.

Hahahahah, Man Singleton still owes me money from “Baby Boy”. He must have been High when he made that statement. I can’t see Tyrese playing a tough guy.
