Superhero Hangout

Anyone tried CW’s superhero program/outline? I’m considering doing his or CT’s superhero.

If I do CW’s I will rotate each workout between a squat variation and a deadlift/clean/snatch for lower body. Every workout will have an upper push and pull. Alternating between a bicep and tricep exercise each workout and abs 2 workouts in a row then calves one workout and abs 2 workoouts then calves once agian/

Opinion? Anyone want to share their superhero program if they followed CW’s outline

I just registered to say how horrific day 2 of phase one was. I know many of you have been there, done that but Christ. I considered myself mentally tough above all else but man that tested me. I feel amazing now it’s done but really did think I was gonna puke during it. For all who’ve done it, I feel your collective pain.

Been lifting again since 2019 fell out of it for a while

But been back at it for about 6 years did the 75 hard program and just finally figured out how to get back into my t nation account

My lifts are ok but I am a lot older now so trying to get back to a 225 bench I am consistently at 205

Hovering around 183 lbs 75 hard did give me some good definition so pretty pleased with that

How is everyone doing?
