I am going to start Ian King’s 12 Weeks to Super Strength and Limping Series in the New Year and I was just wondering if anyone who has tried these programs could share their results. I am thinking of posting my results after I complete each stage, just as a way to keep motivated. Would anyone care?

Heaps of people have done them with excellent results, me included. I think T-Rev did it about Oct and gave a very good summary of his results, try a forum search using his name to read the post.
Post your results bro. I’m always interested in the results that people get from trying different programs, and I’m sure other people are interested as well.
I’m in the second phase of both, but I’m following a t-dawg/massive eating style diet with them. I know I won’t make the gains I would’ve had I eaten more, but I’ve never been really lean so that’s what I’m working on. Despite the reduced calories… my strength is going up… more so in my legs than my upper body. It really is a fun program. Much different than anything I’ve done before and I’m have a good time doing it. I’ll post my stats as soon as I finish this phase, but it’s definately working. Ian King is a genius.
