I wonder if you’ll get a reply to this question, rhetorical though it may be. I spent $40 on Renegade Football Training a while back. It should’ve been titled Renegade Photography Training because it was essentially a photo album with nary a training plan; all form no substance.
This Supercat machine does look interesting, though. Thanks to BruceLeeWannaBe for bringing it up.

Actually the fact that it is inclined makes it a shitty machine because it limits hip extension. You are “jumping” in a totally different position on that machine than you do normally.
