CT,
Just going through the old database in regards to training multiple times a day and re-read Charles Poliquin’s Super Accumulation Program.
For someone training twice a day a few times per week, do you find this program up to date or are there better programs for planned over training. Obviously ANACONDA and MAG-10 would make a huge difference.

I never used this program myself so I can’t comment on it from experience. I don’t like to comment or critique another coach’s program if I have not tried it. You really can’t base yourself only on theory to evaluate a program. A lot of programs that looked dumb on paper actually turned out to be very good in real life, and vice versa.
All I can say is that overreaching phases (short term overtraining) works. But you absolutely have to follow the phase with a phase of surcompensation. AND you can’t use this approach if you have any injuries or just comming back from an injury.
