Any tips on gaining weight would be appreciated. I’ve looked at massive eating and other programs but I just cant eat enough food even when I spread the meals out. My weight is going to be the limiting factor when I try out for the team. All my other things are in order. One more problem is when I sprint/run its even harder for me to gain weight. Kelly Baggett suggested to me in a pm to use a modified zig zag cycle that Dr.Squat uses(Fred Hatfield). Thanks for reading this long thread guys!

Phil nice job my freind…that is a a GREAT pull at your weight and age…some weight gain tips “snicker’s and chocolate milk” try to drink a gallon of chocolate milk a day and try to get down at least 3 snickers bars along with all your regular meals…big m

big martin,

I think that’s the best weight gaining tip I’ve ever heard! I’ll have to remember that one.

I agree with Big Martin, maybe you should ask god for some muscle mass.
