Summer of Doogie officially ends Monday at 7:50 a.m. when my son steps off the plane. I probably won’t sleep between now and then.
I read a lot this summer.
I walked/jogged a lot this summer.
I meditated/stress released a lot this summer.
I stayed off the caffeine for about 5 weeks before adding green tea back into the diet.
I set out to get down to 205 and ended up at 194.8
Now I’m going to try to ease my way up to about 205 while keeping the same pants size and adding some muscle. Haven’t really been lifting much the last 5 weeks with the calorie restriction I’ve been under. Looking forward to real lifting again.
