I am starting to think that IGF-1 might not be a great indicator of GH production.
I found this study on men and women with acromegaly.
From the graph, you can see that there were men with the same IGF-1 scores, but some having multiple times the GH production of the other. This could come from the difficulty of measuring GH due to it’s pulse release? @anon18050987 @unreal24278 any thoughts on this?

Yea, could be, but it doesnt change the fact that IGF1 is super important for building muscle.
I am not super convinced of this either. Not convinced the other way. Haven’t made my mind up. I will agree when going way over natural, it seems to make a difference.
Women usually have higher IGF-1 and GH than men. It seems testosterone is the main thing for the difference between men and women assuming all natties.
Well, i will be starting slin as soon as possible, then i will see my IGF and after that i might be able to tell you if something grows or feels better.
Some people say slin is the game changer, some say they didnt get shit out of it, so again, as an under-responder to everything, i will try it but i am skeptic.
Well, I am just an engineer, but it seemed to say that age reduced the correlation between GH and IGF-1. Estrogen was a pretty interesting factor as well. It appears that taking oral estrogen may lower IGF-1 while increasing GH.
Also, if someone cares, i did my first training of Krav Maga after a year or more of doing nothing because of Covid. I uploaded a short video(IG) of blinded stress drill and i am happy that even if i gained at least 30lbs as of by now(lost 10 already) i am still not too slow 
Especially with the higher doses, igf-1 response had a lot of variability.
At the 20 mark on the x axis, one had about 275 and another had about 450 for igf-1.

I will not hijack the cialis thread so i will update on my experiment with dick pills here :
As i mentioned on that thread, for my shit libido i got 4 tabs of different meds for this. So i started with the one thats called Levitra.
It is a life saver… First of all - the dick is just hard as fuck and no matter what. It really helps and would help even if my libido was normal because i like to change things up in sex, like - my ideal sex would be 7-10mins of 3-4 positions and done. My GF of course, needs to stay in one position for a while so if i get tired or bored, the hardness seems to go away and if i notice that, i focus on that and it all just gets worse even normally, not even to mention how it is with my crap libido now.
BUT… with this pill, i can actually focus on her, and no matter if im tired or not, i can just make her happy and i dont have to think about myself.
Also, this seems to improve my libido, as - because i dont have to think about myself at all to keep me going, sooner or later i get interested in this process and even i can enjoy and finish it.
The only downside is that this pill lasts around 6-7 hours and it says not to take it twice a day. And during first 2-3 hours the erection does not go away after we are done, so i have to hide it for like 10-15mins till it goes away, because that would be suspicious anyways, it really saves my life now… and it actually does improve my libido in some placebo sort of way - cuz i know it will all be good for her, i actually want to have sex more also…
Would the cialis type product work the same but for 24 hours? so basically, i would just take half a pill in the morning and the whole day it takes 1 sec to get super hard?
Cuz this Levitra seems to die off after like 6 hours and it is not enough for weekends, for example.
Legitimate levitra here is super expensive. Even with goodRx, it’s like $12 a pill. Many years ago when I sourced my stuff from India, levitra and cialis worked the same for me. Only cialis worked longer. I had difficulty cumming with both of those. With the blue pill, no issue busting one, but it took an hour to kick in And only lasted 4 hours.
Be careful here. It isn’t good for your dick to be hard for that long. The companies that make these drugs say to go to the doctor after 4 hours. You may be able to get away will less if its working that well for you.
Yep. My experience too. Not having to worry about performance issues is awesome.
I believe the way both work is similiar. They make blood flow to the dick better. Now, you might respond to one better than the other, but there is a good chance Cialis will work well for you.
One option is that you could do low dose Cialis, then add in Viagra or Levitra also in a smaller dose when you know its going down. You may be able to get away with less total drugs that way.
It is the dream of teenagers to last an hour, but not so great on the regular. I also take forever on occasion, and it sucks. Not finishing is just as bad IMO as going soft. Gets the same “are you not attracted to me” bullshit.

That’s been my experience.
Cialis for me works 2 days if I take 5 mg. I take it in the morning or one hour before I see my GF, then it works for that day and the next. 3rd day is weaker.
So yes, tadalafil would be your solution.
My problem with this stuff is that my dick gets sore after being hard for 30 mins and doing strenuous banging multiple times. It also increases the time I need to finish. If I could solve the soreness problem, I would take it more often for fun.
Of course it gets sore, but its not the cialis imo. Its just how dick works if you bang a lot… My dick used to be almost numb at the end of the day if i spent whole day with my gf and my libido was high.
Anyways, i will try the cialis soon, and then maybe experiment with adding like 1/4th of the faster ones like viagra or levitra on the evening if ill feel that i need it.

no no, it just stays super hard for 10-15mins, so i cant just jump in the shower as that never happened before too much, so that would look suspicios for her so i just lie un my stomach a bit other times it doesnt do that so much anymore… only while its totally fresh in the system…

Mine started to worry that i am not into her anymore, so if i say i need dick pills to get hard, she might feel even more insulted, because in my country that stuff is mostly just joke material, and is considered to be used only by 70 year olds, who get hookers when their retirement money comes in. We have very uneducated people here. Most doctors say that protein powders destroy kidneys and liver and people die just because they took something from those BIG jars.
Some say that here to. I stopped all powder a few months ago. I just consume meat now. I still eat quest cookies, and protein bars sometimes. I can’t take a shake anymore without ending up with gas.
On the levitra, I meant even the generic is expensive.
